Sophie is amazing!! Her work is beautiful and she has such a talent! Always goes over the moon to make sure im happy with my nails and loves doing fun designs! Sophie never shys away from intricate designs and you can see that in her work! Absolutely stunning!

I've been going to Bonnie Quines to get my nails done for a while now and I had signed up to get emails with offers and new treatments. Having had electrolysis previously (in another salon) which had been more painful than I was led to believe it would be and hadn't had the long term effects I was hoping for, I was a little skeptical when I saw that Andrea would be offering laser hair removal. Andrea put me at my ease and talked me through every aspect of the treatment, even explaining that it might not get rid of every single hair, it doesn't work on grey/white ones, and I might need between 8 and 12 sessions before I saw a marked difference. I've just finished my 9th session and the difference is unbelievable. The treatment was a little bit nippy at the time and my skin went a little red, but as soon as the laser is lifted away there is no pain and the redness was gone within 10 minutes. If you are debating whether laser is worth it, I can say it definitely is!

Next level service, and next level with Andrea doing my nails for the 1st time. Here's why...I'd been to a much cheaper, quicker and walk in service locally on 2 occasions and surprise, surprise you get what you pay for. I had had a very painful experience with the electric file, uneven nails, and no preparation. Result - damaged, sore nails. Then I found Andrea. So when I say next level, that's because she went way beyond what I would have expected, communicating with me before the appointment and asking questions to assess the problem, then made very clear recommendations which took me to my 1st appt, and not my last. She was really professional in not getting into bad mouthing any other nail places and was just keen to move it forward properly. Feeling ashamed of what I had done to my nails she met me with a kindness, and she assessed the damage, explained why it had happened, showed me the signs of damage and gave solutions to restore my nails. She recommended which type of nail treatments to have by going through all the options and what further appointments would do to improve my nails. I can see the years of experience and how knowledgeable she was and her attention and expertise really was next level. It made me think of a gym Personal Trainer where you get a personal tailored service for your fitness and that's exactly what I felt I had experienced today - a personal, tailored service. I came away with amazing nails, 3 more appointments and a treatment plan. I paid more than any drop in service I had tried, and I don't regret that at all. I was paying for expertise, solid advice, great service and excellent quality nails and worth every penny. Thank you so much
